About Chris Lamb
“I believe we can all benefit from exercising our minds in the same way we can benefit from exercising our bodies. My goal is to create a safe space for you to reflect, learn and to build better relationships - starting with the relationship you have with yourself. It’s my privilege to support, challenge and guide you, but you need to know that I do not own a magic wand.
Many of our early experiences meant we grew up without the necessary skills to understand ourselves, and process our feelings and reactions. These skills are important for mental health and well-being, and it's never too late to build them. Most of all, I can assure you that you won’t be doing this alone. Together, we will unlock your potential in a safe and supportive environment.”
