About Sarah Waldin

Our feelings provide the only reliable navigational tools we have access to because they are specifically tailored to us, and us alone. When we get better at feeling our feelings rather than avoiding them, we are gifted with a whole new language for not only describing and expressing what is happening for us, but also clarifying our experiences, values, expectations, needs and wants. From there we are more able to choose what is important to us, and how we want to be living our lives.

My work focuses on helping you get better at feeling. When you are able to feel your feelings rather than spend your energy and effort on NOT feeling, you are free to choose how you live. That freedom to choose releases you from old patterns, twisted arrangements with others, and painful struggles within yourself.

Anxiety and depression, loss, life transition, relationships, self-esteem, self-confidence, peri-natal mental health, life direction, workplace challenges, social connection, are all struggles with connection to Self and the present moment.

“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s unbecoming everything that isn’t you so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place. ”
